Space Micro Develops New Rad Hard Space Communications Chip

San Diego, CA – March 12, 2014 Space Micro is developing a line of miniaturized passive components under a Navy STTR program. Leveraging advanced nanoimprinting technology at the UCSD Nano-3 laboratory, new space resistors have been fabricated and tested.

Mr. Carl Edwards, Director of Advanced Materials at Space Micro stated “We see the potential for a wide range of passive components including filters which could be used in military and space programs.”
