Mr. Winso is a proven manager of military and homeland security R&D contracts which involve several key subcontractors. He was previously Manager of Advanced Security Products at SAIC, leading their growth in security imaging and radiation. Mr. Winso has over 20 years of experience in Program Management and Product and Business Development. His academic background includes a B.S. with Highest Honors from Drexel University and an M.S. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
