Space Micro Delivers More Sun Sensors to the Space Market

San Diego, CA – September 15, 2014 Continuing to develop its legacy space-qualified sun sensor business, Space Micro announced today that they have delivered their coarse sun sensors, (CSS-01), and medium sun sensors (MSS-01), to several new domestic accounts in recent months. These attitude and control sensors are used to position solar power arrays, support timing of attitude control thruster firing, protect delicate equipment such as star trackers from solar interface and support potential solar space related experiments.
