Space Micro Hires Three Senior Program Managers
San Diego, CA – June 2, 2017 Space Micro announced that three senior level program managers have joined the company to support existing and future contracts for space subsystems.
Dan Strich is a senior level program manager with 30 years of management experience in the electronics industry. He has been a senior project manager at ViaSat for commercial and government programs, Director of Engineering at Radyne Comstream (now Cometech EF Data), and held various management roles at General Instrument. Dan holds a BS from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, CA. He is working on an in-house special project and an image processing computer (IPC 7000).
Ray Slanina has 18 years of experience as a program manager at ViaSat, product manager at SeaSpace Corporation, and operations manager for CoastWatch. He holds a BS in Physics from Trinity University and an MBA from University of Redlands. Ray is working on a multi-board S-X transceiver and an in-house special project.
Elisa Castro is a senior level program manager with 18 years of experience as a project manager for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, a program manager for North County Transit District and for ViaSat, and a systems engineer for Northrop Grumman. She holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and is working on a C&DH system and an image processing computer (IPC 7000) contract.
