Larry O'Toole Added to Space Micro's Board of Directors

Space Micro Inc. today announced the nomination and election of Mr. Larry O’Toole to its board of directors.
Mr. O’Toole is an experienced CEO who has served for 28 years in various industries ranging from aerospace and defense, safety and security, and architectural building systems. His experience ranges from senior executive positions with public corporations such as Black & Decker and the Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, to CEO of privately-held organizations including DORMA Group Americas and Sanders Industries, Incorporated.
Mr. O’Toole’s most recent CEO role was leading a privately-held aerospace and defense polymers engineering and manufacturing company with operations in the US and Europe. The business was successfully sold to a leading middle market private equity group.
Mr. O’Toole serves as a fulltime corporate director and advisor. His board advisory roles include KLATU Networks, an Internet of Things software company in Washington State, Instakey Security Systems in Denver, Colorado, and the Marc Sanders Foundation in New York City. Mr. O’Toole is a frequent guest lecturer and keynote speaker with his series Bank Your Moment™ for business owners looking to achieve maximum enterprise value for their businesses.
