Space Micro adds Czajkowski
to Board of Directors
Innovator in space computing

SAN DIEGO, CA - October 4, 2004 - Space Micro Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. David R. Czajkowski to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Czajkowski is known as an innovator in the field of computing technology in a space environment. He has invented several techniques for dealing with space radiation effects and embedded these technologies into space products. Following a career at SAIC, he was a co-founder of Space Electronics Inc in 1992, which became an Inc 500 awardee for fast growth.
He is currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Space Micro Inc.

Mr. Czajkowski has his B.S. Electrical Engineering, from San Diego State University and
MBA in International Business, also from San Diego State University
