Bozek joins Space Micro Management team
Adds demonstrated Program Management skills

SAN DIEGO, CA - October 22, 2004 - Space Micro Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. David J. Bozek to head its Program Management team.

Mr. Bozek is a proven Program Manager of multimillion dollar contracts which involve research and development efforts, production, and successful release to market. Recently he was a Program Manager at Space Electronics Inc in the late 1990"s, leading their largest single contract for space hardware. This was instrumental in Space Electronics receiving an Inc. 500 award for fast growth. Mr. Bozek has over 18 years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, and Engineering on programs of value up to $500M. His experience spans Commercial, Military, and Space industries.

Mr. Bozek is currently named head of Program Management at Space Micro Inc, reporting to Mr. David Czajkowski, COO.
