Space Micro adds Guidaitas to Board of Directors
SAN DIEGO, CA - May 25, 2005 - Space Micro Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Guidaitas to its Board of Directors. Mr. Guidaitas is known as an industry leader in Space and Military hardware. He is currently Vice President at Panavision and previously was a Vice President at Boeing Systems in Seal Beach, CA.
"We are pleased to add Mr. Guidaitas' industry and security technology expertise to our Board of Directors", stated David J. Strobel, CEO and Chairman of Space Micro.
Mr. Guidaitas received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, from San Diego State University.
