Carl Edwards added to Space Micro Management Team
Leader of Advanced Materials Division

SAN DIEGO, CA - April 21, 2006 - Space Micro Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. Carl Edwards to head its Advanced Materials Division.

Mr. Edwards is a proven manager of military and space materials R&D contracts which involve several key subcontractors. He recently held key positions at Honeywell Advanced Materials, enabling their growth in advanced electronics materials. Mr. Edwards has over 20 years of experience in Program Management, Process engineering, and materials science for DoD and commercial customers.

Mr. Edwards is currently named Manger of the Advanced Materials Division at Space Micro Inc, reporting to Mr. David J. Strobel, CEO.
