as Operations Manager

SAN DIEGO, CA - November 15, 2006 - Space Micro announced today that Mr. Marshall Verbon will be joining their management team as Operations Manager. With over ten years of space manufacturing experience, his contributions will help promote growth and development of the company. Mr. Verbon has also worked with companies such as Peregrine Semiconductor as Operations Manager, and as part of the Space Electronics Inc. team.

Mr. Verbon's tasks include handling purchasing and subcontracts, facilities, shipping/receiving, inventory, and production planning.
