Quality Assurance Inspector, Senior

Position Description:

• Receiving, In-Process, Source, and Final Inspection of PCBs, PCBA’s, mechanical slices/PCBA’s, Box assemblies, and cables
• Conduct on-site lab, production, and manufacturing process audits
• Support testing for ESD Avoidance, Particulate Levels, including Test Witnessing
• Generate nonconformance documentation/records and support MRB proceedings
• Support Quality Assurance Engineers generating and maintaining process improvements
• Participate in the training of personnel
• Participate in the documentation of processes
• Be able to effectively communicate in a collegial and professional manner with production, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and management personnel
• Uses email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for written/graphic communications
• Support the Space Micro Mission Assurance Manager as directed

Position Requirements:

• IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-001 Space Addendum certifications preferred
• NASA certifications are a plus
• Brings a level of curiosity and objectivity to the job. Seeks to improve position on the job through continuous education be it OJT, certifications, self-study, or formal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
