Space Micro Selected as a Winner of the 2011 Small Business Administration (SBA) Tibbetts Awards

Tibbetts Award 2011 SAN DIEGO, CA – March 9, 2011 – Space Micro announced today that it has been selected by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a winner of the prestigious Tibbetts Awards. The award is in recognition of unique contributions as a model of excellence for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program. Individuals and companies selected for these national awards are recognized as having provided outstanding SBIR leadership in each state, region or the nation. Space Micro was represented at the awards ceremony in Washington, DC by CEO David Strobel.

The credit goes to our 44 employees who innovative and continue to generate new concepts while delivering space flight electronics systems for NASA and DoD programs,” Strobel said.
